Q: “What does the crossover course involve?”
A: The SSI Instructor Crossover Course is designed to orient instructors who were trained by other certification agencies, to the teaching and sales philosophies, Training Standards and Education System of SSI.
For most experienced dive instructors it will be a fairly simple process. Learning the SSI philosophy, and familiarisation with the SSI materials, standards and procedures. Also involves evaluation of academic and pool/water skills.

A: The SSI Instructor Crossover Course takes just 1–3 days, depending on your experience and how current your skills are. We can provide you with an assessment over the phone.
